It’s a hot trend where designers are stepping away from unique drawings and leaning toward smooth lines and natural shapes like – squares, rectangles, circles, and triangles.

We live in a world where people want answers now. They expect it. When they come to your website, they don’t want to call or fill out a form – this is where chatbots come into play. They have actually been around for some time, but lately, we have seen AI and machine learning really up the chatbot game.

New chatbots offer site owners different levels of customization from how they interact with people to the way they look. In my opinion, the most important part of a website is the design. Traffic will forgive a broken link here and there – but an ugly design will cost you revenue. No one wants to spend time clicking around a website that hasn’t put the time in making their design unique.
